Thank you for purchasing from AHB Cultural Capital Press Unipessoal LDA.. You may change your mind and return or exchange your item(s) without giving a reason, and receive a replacement or a refund at your choice, subject to the terms below.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
- You may withdraw within 14 days from the day you — or a third party you designate, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods.
- To exercise it, tell us your decision by a clear statement (for example, email info@portoliterarysalon.com quoting your order number) before returning the item. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you are not required to.
Conditions
- The product must have been purchased directly from AHB Cultural Capital Press Unipessoal LDA. (our store, our authorised sales stands, our website, by phone, or via an authorised representative).
- Please include proof of purchase — your order confirmation or receipt — with the returned product.
- Return the product in its original condition and original packaging. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
How to return
- Return the product to Rua de Ciríaco Cardoso 279, 4150-213 Porto, Portugal, or send it by a courier that delivers to that address.
- We are not able to collect returns left at pickup points, parcel lockers, or post-office branches.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Once we receive the returned product and the conditions above are met, we will, at your choice, replace the product or refund the purchase price plus the standard (cheapest) initial delivery cost.
- We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or your proof of return), using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you:
- Card payment → refunded to the same card.
- Instalment card payment → refunded to the same card, over the same number of instalments.
Items bought elsewhere
Products purchased from another store, chain, or supplier must be returned to that seller under their own return policy.
Defective (“Grade B”) items
This right of withdrawal is separate from the statutory legal guarantee for faulty goods (see our Terms & Conditions).
