Gulliver's Travels

Jonathan Swift's 1726 satirical novel, Gulliver's Travels, follows English surgeon Lemuel Gulliver on four separate voyages. He visits a land of tiny people (Lilliput), a land of giants (Brobdingnag), a flying island of absurd scientists (Laputa), and a country ruled by rational horses (Houyhnhnms), using each bizarre society to mock human flaws and politics.
