The catalog now published, by Commander Pedro Lauret, extends and consolidates the exhibition O MFA e o 25 de Abril, presented at Gare Marítima de Alcântara, in April 2024, within the scope of the Commemorative Commission program for the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April. This publication aims to record, for future memory, one of the central stages of the celebrations dedicated to the history of the Armed Forces Movement, the operation that put an end to almost half a century of dictatorship and the process that allowed Portugal to lead to freedom, democracy and peace.»
