Tel Kedar, a small town on the edge of the Negev Desert. The death of Immanuel Orvieto, a student apparently addicted to drugs, sets things in motion. Immanuel's father, a security consultant living in Africa, wants to establish a drug rehabilitation center in Tel Kedar in his son's memory. He enlists the support of Noa, his son's teacher, for this project. Together with her longtime partner, Theo, she tries to make it a reality.
